Chris Simonsen, former actor/singer/dancer in many musical theater productions who later transitioned to television production for music concerts, is the next guest in The Webb School Follin Speaker Series. Simonsen's musical performance is set for March 18 at 2:20 p.m. in the Follin Chapel. He will be accompanied by pianist Russ Davis. The performance is free and open to the public.

Simonsen is a real estate agent with Fridrich and Clark Realty serving clients in Davidson County and surrounding counties and has been a Realtor since 2001. Before entering the real estate profession, he spent several years in the entertainment industry working in many musical theater productions throughout the eastern U.S. He later transitioned to television production for music concerts with a Nashville company. Active in Greater Nashville Association of Realtors since 2002, he is member of the Board of Directors, been a member and chair of several committees and is member of the Leadership Greater Nashville Association Realtors class of 2004. With a degree in education, Simonsen believes in the importance of continuing education. He has achieved several advanced designations as a Realtor including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and The Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).

While on campus, Simonsen will meet with students in fine arts classes.
