Library plans summer program on Wednesdays in July

The Webb School Bond Library will be open to the Webb and Bell Buckle communities from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Wednesdays in July for a summer reading program. The theme will be Tennessee Native Creatures.

The program's schedule is as follows:

July 5 - Yertle The Turtle - Lesson about turtles, crafts, and snacks

July 12 - Scaredy Squirrel - Lesson about squirrels, crafts, and snacks

July 19 - My Lucky Day - Lesson about foxes, crafts, and snacks

July 26 - The Kissing Hand - Lesson about raccoons, crafts, and snacks

Children's Story time is set for 10:30 a.m. each Wednesday and a parent or caregiver must be present for children under 10. For teenagers, the library will be open for book check out.

Also as part of the summer program, the library will celebrate the book release of Alan Gratz's "Refugee" on July 26.
