Family Giving & Service
Family giving and service are essential in enhancing programs, improving campus resources, and providing opportunities that benefit all students. From supporting the Webb Fund to serving through The Webb School Parents’ Association, families help ensure that Webb continues to offer transformative experiences for current and future students. By giving their time, talents, and financial support, parents become true partners in Webb’s success, strengthening the school’s traditions while investing in its future.
The Webb School Parents' Association (WSPA)
The Webb School Parents’ Association (WSPA) serves to facilitate communications between parents, School administration, and the faculty; to provide support for various activities of The Webb School; and to promote and help maintain the School’s commitment to academic excellence.
WSPA needs volunteers to serve on various committees – would you be interested?

A Message From the 2026 Belles & Buckles Gala Chair
Ashlie Threet P '32
Dear friends and families of The Webb School,

As parents, we are continually reminded of the lasting impact a strong educational community can have on a child’s growth and character. As a first-generation Webb family, we have already experienced firsthand the difference The Webb School makes through our daughter Amelia, a current sixth grader, and we are grateful for the opportunity to support a school so deeply committed to its mission.
Last year, our family faced uncertainty as Amelia’s previous school underwent significant changes, leaving us unsure whether fifth grade would even be an option. When we approached The Webb School’s leadership about the possibility of Amelia skipping fifth grade, they thoughtfully considered her as a whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—and confidently said “yes.” With the guidance of The Webb School’s exceptional faculty, staff, and mentors, Amelia has thrived in ways we could not have imagined. Her success reflects the care, intentionality, and high standards that define a Webb education.
The Webb School Parents’ Association’s (WSPA) Belles and Buckles Gala is an annual parent-sponsored fundraising event that directly benefits the School. The 2026 gala will take place on Saturday, February 7, at Grace Valley Farm in Shelbyville, Tenn., and will feature both live and online auctions, dinner, an open bar, live music, and dancing.
Funds raised through sponsorships, ticket sales, and auction participation support campus-wide initiatives and projects that enhance academic programs, facilities, and student resources, while also supporting the dedicated faculty and staff who bring The Webb School’s mission to life each day.
We invite you to partner with us in supporting The Webb School by purchasing a ticket to attend, participating in this year’s sponsorship program, or donating an auction item or experience. Monetary donations can also be made through the ticketing platform.
Thank you for your consideration and continued support of The Webb School. We hope we can count on you to help ensure that Webb continues to provide exceptional educational opportunities for generations to come.
Sincerely,
Gary & Ashlie Threet
Parents of Amelia ’32 and Eleanor
