Meet the Coaches

David Forrest joined Webb in 2011 after 33 years in public education teaching and coaching. He was a part of three state tournament teams in basketball at Waverly High School going to the semifinals in 1987. He was head coach in football at Cannon County High School and one of only three coaches to take them to the playoffs in football. He also was head Football coach at Central Middle School in Murfreesboro leading them to back-to-back Rutherford County Middle School Football Championships. Coach Forrest retired in 2010 from Rutherford County School System. He earned a B.S. in physical education and health and a M.A. in Education Administration and Supervision.

Scott Persichetti joined the Webb School coaching staff in 2016. He is the also head coach for the girls’ varsity lacrosse team and an assistant coach for basketball. Prior to joining Webb, he was the head coach of a freshman team at William Fremd High School in Illinois and head coach of the Illinois State Lacrosse Club Team. Coach Persichetti holds a bachelor's degree in history-social science education from Illinois State University. A member of the residential community at Webb, Coach Persichetti lives with his dog Riley in Chambliss dormitory. Coach P likes to play lacrosse, golf, and visit family members in Pennsylvania.
