While continuing in her role as Director of Learning Services, Mallory Garcia will add the title of Interim Middle School Director for the 2024-25 school year and begin the process of assuming the various administrative duties of middle school leadership. That process will take shape over the course of this transition year and be fully formed by the 2025-26 academic year. Mallory’s tenure at Webb has been marked by extraordinary success in both instructional and administrative roles, earning her the respect of colleagues and Webb families.

"I am confident she will be an exceptional advocate for the uniquely important needs of our middle school students and those who teach them," remarked Head of School Ken Cheeseman.

Accepting this new role she offered, “I am grateful for the opportunity to lead the middle school at Webb, partnering with faculty, students, and families to strengthen an already robust and enriching program that has left an indelible mark on those who have been a part of it. I began my teaching career working primarily with middle school students at Webb, and I am excited to be able to turn my attention back to these pivotal years of early adolescence that are filled with discovery, growth, and enthusiasm. Webb has a history of strong leadership at the middle school level, and I am honored to be entrusted with the task of building upon the foundation that has been laid by previous leaders such as Jacquelyn Boyanton, Tabetha Sullens, and Linda Williams.”
