Tennessee State Rep. Pat Marsh recently presented Abby Faith Cheeseman with a proclamation that he and State Sen. Shane Reeves passed through the House and Senate honoring and congratulating her as the TSSAA Division II, Class A Girls’ Individual State Cross Country Champion.
