Airline Policies for Unaccompanied Minors
Each airline has its own policy for minors. These policies
signifianctly effect a child's ability to travel and therefore
will impact your plans, depending on the age of your child.
We strongly recommend that you review these policies and select
the airline that has a policy that is the most helpful for
your child.

If necessary, families can schedule their
own shuttle runs to and from campus. Please remember that
students should not miss any school days due to travel. Families
may contact Anytime Transport/Shuttle Service
at 1-877-479-5483.
Student Travel Cards
All students departing campus for a break will need to complete
a travel card with the following information.
- The studen's complete destination and phone number
- The date, time, and flight number of thei student's departing
flight
- The date, time, and flight number of the student's returning
flight
- Student's cell phone number
- Student's age
- Student's passport number
- The student's credit card
Travel Advice for International Students
- Be sure that your I-20 has been signed (must be done once
a year) before you leave campus if you are to leave the
U.S.
- It is wise to have copies of your passport and always
keep your passport, I-20, and any other immigration papers
secure.
- We also suggest that Internaional students obtain a credit
card that can be used in the U.S.
